Shipping policy

Fast and easy:

All orders are delivered according to the lead time quoted on the product page.  In stock orders are delivered to most UK postcodes within 1-2 weeks.

Delivery to the UK mainland is available at the following rates:

• Sofas, beds and armchairs – £55

• Pouffes and side tables – £20

• Cushions and sofa jackets – £10

Exceptions apply to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Cozmo products arrive in small boxes allowing easy access to any room.
You will receive a notification from our delivery partner once your order is ready and they will offer you a delivery slot.  If that slot is not convenient you can decline it and you will be offered an alternative.  Once you have accepted you will receive a more precise timeslot.

 If you would like our delivery team to put your Cozmo sofa together and remove all packaging, please add assembly at the checkout.

 If you are not at home at the agreed time, and we are unable to deliver, we will charge £75 for a second delivery.

International delivery:
We are able to offer shipping to European countries and worldwide. Please contact us at hello@mycozmo.com with any special requests.
