Sales Assistant
Part-time & flexible hours
A unique opportunity to join an exciting start-up brand & play a big role in a small team.
The role has broad responsibility and is exposed to multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Cozmo Sales Assistant you will be the face of the brand within the showroom, engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge and providing exceptional customer experience.
- You will also drive telephone sale conversion for swatch customers, email enquiries and leads generated within the showroom.
Personal Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with customers
- Sales driven, experience in retail preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey
- A flare for design and interiors

Warehouse Assistant
Part-time & Full-time Candidates Needed

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the operational backbone of the business as we scale. The role is based between Harlow and Bishops Stortford.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Picking of stock and arranging customer orders for delivery
- Processing and repackaging customer orders and returns
- Receipt and putaway of inbound stock and materials
- General organisation of the Cozmo warehouse
- Supporting with the preparation for adhoc activities such as shoots and events
Personal Skills and Attributes
- Physical handling of large stock items
- Understanding and basic use of tools for repairing and assembling sofas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
